It is with great regret I write this review. I love the doctor but the staff should not continue to over book patients. When you go there early I did today at 9am and my appointment was at 12:00pm. Office personnel Carmen stated we have appointments we must follow and I had to wait until 12pm. Well I showed back up at 11:20am lets not forget my appointment was secuduled by the doctors office not me. I had to rescedule my transportation no problem. Now it is 12:52pm and I have not been seen and my Uber is going to arrive in 8 mintues and nothing from the staff when I ask how much longer it would be. STOP MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS TO BE SEEN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
